Encompass Health is seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist in Round Rock, TX to deliver direct patient care, oversee breathing treatments, and help develop personalized care plans as part of the respiratory care family.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years of hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy modalities, and medication.
• Supervise patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and resolve patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and support their journey toward independence.
