Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our inpatient team. You will provide expert respiratory care, monitor patients, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans that support recovery and independence.

The ideal candidate holds a current state license in Respiratory Therapy, CPR certification, and has experience in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients needing medical gas and breathing therapy.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, assess patients, and create care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
• Monitor progress and celebrate patient victories along the way.
