Job summary

RLNR Enterprises Inc. is seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality respiratory care in clients' homes in Alameda County, California. The RT will assess needs, provide treatments, monitor conditions, and educate clients and families on equipment use.

Responsibilities include performing assessments and treatments, maintaining records, and managing patients with tracheostomies and ventilators, with flexible Day/Evening/Overnight shifts and potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Deep understanding of respiratory care and best practices.

Position Summary

The RT will assess clients' respiratory needs, provide treatments, monitor respiratory conditions, and educate clients and families on proper respiratory care and equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory assessments and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Manage patients with tracheostomies and ventilators
• Perform basic respiratory care, including inserting and removing tubes, adjusting machines, and more
• Work with both the family and the patient to ensure their needs are being met, and they understand what is happening.

Qualifications
