Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Night-Shift Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care across critical care, ER, and med-surg units. You will assess patients, deliver therapies, manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation, and respond to respiratory emergencies.

Collegial collaboration with physicians and nurses to tailor care plans, with thorough documentation in the EMR and a focus on patient safety and clinical excellence.

Formación

• Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills.
• Competence with ventilator and non-invasive ventilation management.
• Ability to interpret arterial blood gases.
• Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff.
• Attention to safety, accuracy in documentation, and emergency readiness.

Night-Shift Respiratory Therapist

Provide high-quality respiratory care across critical care, ER, and med-surg units for diverse patient populations.
