Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide direct care, manage breathing therapies, and develop personalized care plans. You will supervise treatments, assess patients, and work with a supportive team to promote recovery and independence.

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
