Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver direct patient care, supervise breathing treatments, and develop individualized care plans to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy required.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery and independence.
• Document and communicate patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
