Job summary

New Jersey Respiratory Associates is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to assess and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders, and to provide education to patients and families on managing conditions.

You will administer medications and oxygen therapy, monitor patient progress, collaborate with physicians and nurses on treatment plans, and respond to emergencies in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders, such as asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, and pneumonia.
