Encompass Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation family. You will provide direct care for patients needing respiratory therapy, lead breathing treatments, and develop personalized care plans. Join a team focused on compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation and patient well-being.

Operate with CPR and ACLS credentials as part of a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for professional growth and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Formación

• Must hold a current state license in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas and breathing therapy, and related medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships focusing on patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and support ongoing rehabilitation.
