Job Summary
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting and restoring patients' health. Your responsibilities include respiratory assessments, monitoring, clinical intervention for patients under our care. This role is designed for a Respiratory Therapist who is confident working independently, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and assisting in the reduction of avoidable hospital readmissions.
Pay Rate
Pay Rate: $35-$40 per hour

Qualifications and Skills
To excel as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT), you will need:
Required Qualifications:
Active CRT or RRT credentials
Active license in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
CPR certified required; ACLS preferred
Experience in Long Term Care is preferred
Experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a Home Health, LTACH, or any sub-acute setting is a plus
This position is not a remote position
Skills:
Exceptional clinical skills, bedside manner, infection control, and physiological knowledge.
Proficiency in administering medication and maintaining health promotion and maintenance.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills with the ability to work effectively in a medical team.
Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
