Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Coraopolis, PA. The role delivers respiratory care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities and maintains medical records in line with state regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a current Pennsylvania license (CRT or RRT), has in-person CPR certification, and at least two years of respiratory experience.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Respiratory therapist (CRT or RRT) WITH a current Pennsylvania license and a genuine interest in working with persons with physical and developmental disabilities.
• Two (2) year current respiratory experience preferred.
• CPR Certified by in person Red Cross/American Heart Association. Cyber training will NOT be accepted.

Position Details

This professional role involves delivering respiratory care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, while ensuring accurate and compliant maintenance of medical records in accordance with current respiratory therapy practices and state regulations. The position reports directly to the Respiratory Manager.

Base Pay

• Standard base rate: $29.00 per hour
• Optional Enhanced Pay: + $2.00 per hour (for full-time employees opting out of our primary medical/dental/vision)

NEW Shift Differentials

• Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• $4.00 per hour
• Friday | 2:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• $4.00 per hour
• Saturday 6:30 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
• $6.00 per hour
