Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality care and guide patients through respiratory therapies. You will work with a supportive team to utilize advanced equipment and contribute to patient rehabilitation in a community-focused setting.

You will supervise breathing treatments, assess patient needs, and create personalized care plans while building trust and delivering compassionate care.

Competenze

• State licensure as Respiratory Therapist required.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years of hospital Respiratory Therapy experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care for medical gases and breathing therapies, including medications as prescribed.
• Supervise breathing treatments, perform patient assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
• Build meaningful connections by understanding patients’ physical, mental and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes throughout the care journey.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
