Job summary

Acadiana Management Group in Albuquerque is looking for a full-time Respiratory Therapist to provide therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care to patients. You will have the responsibility of operating ventilators and other medical equipment while ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care.

The ideal candidate must have completed an approved respiratory care program, hold a current BLS certification, and possess 1-3 years of relevant experience. We offer competitive pay and benefits!

Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Day Shifts, Full Time

Responsibilities include providing therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies. Duties encompass operating and monitoring ventilators, medical gas delivery systems, incentive breathing devices, environmental control systems, and aerosol devices; administering medical gases, humidification, aerosols, and respiratory medications; maintaining clearance of natural and artificial airways; and offering primary assistance in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Shift differentials are paid for weekend shifts.

Job Requirements

• Completion of an approved respiratory care program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of one to three years of related work experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
