Job summary

United States Army Reserve is seeking candidates to enlist as Soldiers and serve as Respiratory Specialists (68V). You will help patients with chronic or acute breathing problems, assist doctors and advanced nurses, and support lung-function testing in both emergency and non-emergency settings.

Entry-level position with no prior civilian experience required, and training will begin after enlistment. Successful candidates must meet citizenship, age, education, and medical guidelines to qualify.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card.
• Ages 17–34.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Meet Tattoo Guidelines.
• No Major Law Violations.
• No Medical Concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and advanced nurses in treating patients with breathing problems in emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Prepare blood samples for lab tests.
• Administer tests that check lung capacity and function.
