Mercy South in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse - Respiratory (Bronchoscopy) for full-time day shifts. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, coordinating with departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Candidates should have an RN license in MO (or compact licensure) and BLS; ACLS is required.

Inpatient ICU/ER experience preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is offered with flexible options and a focus on professional growth

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license required in MO or compact licensure where duties are performed.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred or required within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain accountability for assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers and ensure documentation is accurate.
