Job summary

Mercy South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse - Respiratory (Bronchoscopy) for a Full-Time Days position.

The role involves providing direct patient care using the nursing process, coordinating with other departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality in line with Mercy Service Standards. Requirements include an RN license, graduation from an approved nursing program, BLS (or completion within 30 days) and ACLS, with the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
