Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Associate Director of US Respiratory Provider Experience in Cambridge, MA to champion the provider journey and orchestrate cross-functional solutions that reduce friction and improve biologic adoption.

You will lead end-to-end journey mapping, clustering, and co-creation with internal and external partners. This role requires strategic thinking, strong relationships, and a track record in healthcare commercial operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HCP marketing, commercial operations, or field enablement within pharma/biotech/devices.
• Proven success driving initiatives that improve provider engagement, office workflow, or adoption of specialty products.
• Experience across Marketing, Sales, Access and Patient Support.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into practical solutions.
• Collaborative, results-driven, and comfortable leading through influence.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading customer experience or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the end-to-end provider journey map for COPD and Asthma biologic journeys; identify moments that matter.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of provider challenges by practice type to inform targeted interventions.
• Develop a single view of the ideal provider experience as a north star for engagement across functions.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, and GTMC to align provider touchpoints across channels.
• Lead Agile Pod cross-functional teams with lean sprint cycles and measurable outputs.
• Build and maintain an account intelligence infrastructure with journey metrics and leakage signals.
