Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; synthesize information from interdisciplinary team.
• Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and direct care delivery with time, supply, and resource management.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan of care as needed.
• Promote professionalism, document accurately, and adhere to licensure standards.
