Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Respiratory Therapy program accredited by COARC or recognized successor.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain respiratory equipment and supplies; retrieve soiled equipment and restock supplies.
• Clean and disinfect non-disposable equipment and prepare equipment for reuse.
• Deliver equipment to assigned areas and keep organized storage locations and logs.
• Collaborate with Respiratory Therapists, unit staff, coordinators, educators and department leadership.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention standards and safety requirements.
