Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a Home Health Equipment Technician to perform safe, timely setups of concentrators and other durable medical equipment in patients' homes, clinics, and facilities across the service area.

The role requires delivering, inspecting, and maintaining equipment, providing patient instruction, completing paperwork, and complying with FDA/OSHA and company policies. On-call shifts evenings/weekends may be required. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in home health care field as service representative or equivalent position.

Responsibilities

• Complete equipment orientation checklists for new equipment and other necessary paperwork as required for new patient setup.
• Instruct patient in the safe and proper use of equipment.
• Make oxygen deliveries and equipment checks on a daily route as determined by patient base and routing system.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment both in the home and at the center.
• Maintain company vehicle in clean and orderly manner with daily inspections and paperwork.
