Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Medical Director to develop medical plans and coordinate external experts.
• Review data listings and visuals; analyze risks and trends for medical documentation.
• Draft medical data queries and approve closures with the Medical Director.
• Assist in patient profiles review and protocol deviation review; create summaries.
• Coordinate with Medical Directors for data and safety review meetings; prepare slides.
• Manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables; act as main interface with stakeholders.
• Work with Clinical Ops, Data Management, Drug Safety; raise risks and scope concerns.
• Attend Trusted Process meetings; participate in audits when needed.
• Learn protocol designs and disease terminology.
• Follow ICH, GCPs and SOPs; ensure compliance across plans.
