• Knowledge of biopsychosocial and spiritual aspects of human behavior across age groups from newborns to geriatrics.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills, empathy, and respect towards all patients and co-workers.
• Establishes measurable yearly goals and objectives.
• Promotes positive customer relations.
• Complies with organizational policies, procedures and regulations specific to Respiratory Care.
• Ensures contact methods for employees (beeper, telephone, emergency contact).

• Participates in performance improvement to improve patient outcomes.
• Performs age-specific therapy with safety and education considerations.
