Job summary

ProHealth Care is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to deliver high-quality respiratory care to neonatal and adult patients. You will interpret ABGs, chest imaging, and labs, perform bedside bronchoscopy and INOvent usage, and administer therapies.

NICU rotation with training is provided after hire. Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Wisconsin licensure, and CRT with CPR/NRP certifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy and Wisconsin licensure to practice as an RCP.
• CRT is required; RRT is preferred for this role.
• BLS/CPR certification is required at hire; NRP within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to neonatal and adult patients.
• Assess pulmonary data, ABG interpretation, chest x-rays and labs.
• Perform bedside bronchoscopy competency and INOvent usage.
• Deliver respiratory treatments and therapies.
• Participate in NICU rotation with training post-hire.

Education

Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy

Wisconsin State Licensure – RCP

CRT certification required; RRT preferred

BLS (CPR) certification at hire

NRP certification within one year of hire
