Job summary

University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center (UM CRMC) is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner for the full-time night shift. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,500 referral bonus for current employees.

You will perform respiratory care procedures and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered team environment. Candidates must graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program, pass the NBRC Registry, hold Maryland RCP licensure, and complete hospital

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of respiratory therapy.
• Must pass NBRC Registry examination.
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Maryland.
• Must complete hospital and department orientation; maintain BCLS.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within first year.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic and technical procedures that require independent judgment and knowledge of respiratory care theory and practice.

As a Respiratory Care Practitioner You Will

• ACLS and PALS certification is also required and must be completed within the first year of employment and maintained thereafter
