Job summary

Methodist Midlothian Medical Center in Midlothian, TX is seeking a Respiratory Therapist PRN to join a high-paced, technically demanding team.

You will collaborate with clinicians to provide pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per orders and protocols; must be licensed in Texas, NBRC registered, and have at least 6 months of experience.

This role supports flexible PRN shifts and contributes to the hospital's mission of delivering advanced patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Licensed as Respiratory Care Practitioner by the Texas Medical Board.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist with NBRC.
• Minimum 6 months of respiratory care experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders and evidence-based protocols.
• Perform pulmonary diagnostics and testing in accordance with orders and protocols.
• Be accountable for performance and patient care quality.

In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging Respiratory Therapist PRN position, you‘ll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Respiratory Therapist consistently performs evidence based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and evidence based protocols.
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program

• Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
• At least 6 months respiratory care experience.
