Job summary

Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner for a full-time night schedule. A generous sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires.

The role involves performing respiratory care services in alignment with departmental standards and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care. Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy and Oregon licensure, plus AHA BLS/ACLS and timely PALS/NRP per required timelines.

  • Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Respiratory Care Services in accordance with departmental standards, policies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver patient-centered respiratory care and documentation.

Respiratory Care Practitioner - Full-Time (36 hours per week), Night Schedule at Providence Portland Medical Center - Full-Time

$8,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions of payment.

Required Qualifications:

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
