You will lead budgeting, ensure accreditation standards, coordinate training, and participate in hospital-wide quality improvement.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, be a licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist, have five years of supervisory experience, and meet WVU's credential requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and current licensure as Respiratory Therapist.
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the applicable state.
• PA: Respiratory Therapist license in PA.
• WV: WV LRTR license.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Lead short- and long-range planning for the department and contribute to quality improvement.
• Set departmental objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee hiring, promotion, and personnel development.
• Develop financial strategies and budgets for Respiratory Care.
• Monitor compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation standards.
• Promote patient safety and maintain professional standards in care.
