Respiratory therapists work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians and nurses in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality patient care, with exposure to diverse clinical specialties including lung transplantation. The role is supervised by a Registered Respiratory Therapist, providing basic routine patient care

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with routine respiratory care procedures in general care areas.
• Recognizes and reports abnormal findings or changes in patient status to the healthcare team.
• Maintains and processes equipment according to manufacturer standards.
