Responsibilities include organizing materials, supervising children, fostering inclusivity, and communicating progress to families while adhering to health, safety, and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Empathy and compassion for young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children and families.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children.
• Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements.
