Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Empathy and compassion for young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhance lesson plans and activities in collaboration with Lead and Assistant Teachers.
• Provide flexible classroom support to ensure a high-quality educational experience.
• Organize and prepare engaging classroom materials and learning centers.
• Supervise and engage with children both indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety and social development.
• Offer personalized attention and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate and communicate transparently with families about children’s progress.
