You will collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers to implement engaging educational programs and activities, provide classroom support, and adapt to evolving educational needs of our school community.

The role emphasizes fostering a nurturing learning environment, organizing materials, and maintaining safety and high-quality experiences for children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Empathy and compassion for young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children and families
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in handling children
• Must pass state background checks and meet state requirements

Responsibilities

• Enhance lesson plans and activities in collaboration with Lead and Assistant Teachers
• Provide flexible classroom support to ensure a high-quality educational experience
• Organize and prepare engaging classroom materials and learning centers
• Supervise and engage with children indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety and social development
• Offer personalized attention and foster an inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate transparently with families about children's progress
• Maintain clean, inviting classrooms adhering to health and licensing regulations
