You will collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers to implement engaging educational programs and activities, providing classroom support and enhanced curriculum delivery to meet evolving educational needs.

As a Resource Teacher, you will help supervise and engage children, support families, and maintain safe, high-quality learning environments in state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enhance lesson plans and activities in collaboration with Lead and Assistant Teachers.
• Provide flexible classroom support to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience.
• Organize and prepare engaging classroom materials and learning centers.
• Supervise and engage with children indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and development.
• Offer personalized attention and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate and communicate transparently with families about children's progress and achievements.
• Maintain clean and inviting classrooms adhering to health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Assist with daily care routines to promote a nurturing learning environment.
