Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years Med/Surg/Tele RN experience.
• BLS & ACLS certification preferred.
• Physical demands include lifting 40–50 lbs and frequent standing.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients, families, and staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
• Applies evidence-based practice to care delivery and quality improvement.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Collaborates with inter-professional teams to coordinate care and outcomes.
• Documents care plans and patient data accurately and timely.
