Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with patients and families.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
• Effective communication and appropriate delegation within the care team.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
• Medication administration and prescription knowledge.
• Discharge planning and post-discharge care coordination.
• Health information documentation and vital records management.
• BLS certification required.
• RN license in NJ.

Responsibilities
