Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, families, and care partners with respect and culturally sensitive care.
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the patient and care team.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Follow established nursing practices and protocols to minimize risk of harm.
• Participate in hospital/practice committees and quality improvement activities.
• Document health information accurately using the EHR system.
