Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field with at least one semester left.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Based in Chicago, IL; relocation required.
• Intern duration is 10–12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Successful interview required.
• Reliable, punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Use resource planning tools to develop staffing recommendations for future flight schedules.
• Assist in creating budgets and forecasts for decision making.
• Apply models to generate annual plans and 18-month forecasts.
• Provide variance analysis to divisional leadership and senior leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc budget and forecast scenario analysis.
• Support analyses related to future flight schedules and labor initiatives.
• Interact with leadership and participate in training sessions.
