Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general administrative support, preferably with scheduling and data entry.
• Experience in using CMMS software is preferable.
• Familiarity with construction planning and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate customer service installations.
• Manage the end-to-end Service Entry Sheet process.
• Ensure timely closure of field work orders in SAP.
