Belleview Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join us as Resource Nurse. In this role you will serve as weekend house supervisor, ensuring care delivery aligns with our mission, policies, and applicable regulations.

Resource Nurse (RN)

Belleview Care Center is looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as our Resource Nurse. As the Resource Nurse, you will serve as the weekend house supervisor and be responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.

Day in the Life of a Resource Nurse:

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes, and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shift.
• Serve as a resource to all staff within the facility regarding the quality of services provided.
• Provide direct resident care when required.
• Demonstrates the ability to administer medications and treatments timely and according to facility policy.
• Effectively manages nursing personnel on shift in accordance with staffing guidelines.
