Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• RN license in SC or compact state required.
• Two years of recent acute care RN experience preferred.
• Charge Nurse/Resource Nurse/preceptor leadership experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Perform IV access and ongoing patient assessments.
• Provide break coverage and real-time support to frontline nurses.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse to navigate changing priorities.
• Promote efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
