Jacobs is seeking a Resource Manager for its Architectural Department within the Data Center Performance Unit. You’ll optimize staffing, forecast resource needs, and support recruitment and onboarding to ensure efficient project delivery across a growing data center portfolio.
You’ll report to the Department Manager and work with Architectural Leadership, Sector Managers, Program Managers, and staff to align staffing with strategic objectives and project demand.

The Resource Manager serves as a strategic workforce planning leader for the Architectural Department within the Data Center Performance Unit. This role is responsible for optimizing staffing assignments in collaboration with Sector Managers and Department Leadership, forecasting resource needs, supporting department growth through recruitment and onboarding, and providing operational support that enable efficient project delivery across a rapidly expanding data center portfolio. The Resource Manager will report to the Department Manager and works closely with Architectural Department Leadership, Sector Managers, Program Managers, and Staff.

The base salary range for this position is $110,600.00 to $152,100.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
