Job summary

Armanino is seeking an Audit Resource Management Specialist to drive staffing for Audit engagements, forecast demand, and optimize utilization. You will coordinate staffing to align skills and availability with engagement needs while maintaining real-time visibility into team capacity.

Collaborating with leadership, HR, and engagement managers, you will monitor utilization, provide actionable insights, and support workforce planning and onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Audit engagement lifecycles, staffing models, and operational processes within a professional services environment.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred experience with resource management platforms (e.g., Workday, Dayshape, CCH Axcess Workflow/XCM, or similar).

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends and leveraging data to drive operational decisions.
  • Balance multiple assignments and priorities with precision, demonstrating analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that improve utilization and business performance.

Job Overview

Compensation

For Southern California residents: $66,800 - $91,000. For Northern California residents: $69,800 - $95,200. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
