Penny Lane Centers is seeking a Resource Family Partner in North Hills, CA, to assist families in the Resource Family Approval process. The role involves evaluating and managing multiple families, developing plans to meet approval requirements, and collaborating with County RFA workers.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, have experience in social services, and preferably are bilingual in Spanish. Effective medical benefits begin the month after hire.
The Resource Family Partner (RFP) assists relatives and Non‑Extended Related Family (NREF) Caregivers in the assessment process for Resource Family Approval. The RFP is the lead in the approval process for each family assigned, managing a caseload of 15–20 families. The RFP evaluates, supports, and engages families, develops and coordinates plans to meet approval requirements, and implements those plans in collaboration with County RFA workers, families, and other parties. The RFP works independently, managing multiple tasks while ensuring trauma‑informed, culturally sensitive service delivery in alignment with Penny Lane Centers policies.
Lead the approval process for assigned families, conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized plans, collaborate with County RFA workers and other stakeholders, and maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.

USD 23.39 – 33.77 per hour, with an additional USD 2.00 per hour bilingual Spanish differential.
