Job summary

Qualifications

  • Requires Bachelor degree from an accredited institution.
  • Master of Divinity Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Requires 0-3 years of spiritual care experience in related field.
  • Requires a minimum of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited preferably through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education or equivalent experience.
  • Prefer endorsement and maintenance of endorsement by a religious community.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers expert spiritual care, crisis intervention and support of patients, their supporting community, and IU Health colleagues.
  • Responsible for on-call services as needed.
