You will manage resourceloaded Primavera schedules, build Tableau dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to optimize staffing and cost performance. The role requires 4+ years in scheduling, data analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in Primavera, Tableau, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of scheduling experience with Primavera or MS Project.
• 4+ years of data analysis and reporting, including Tableau.
• 4+ years developing resourceloaded project schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field (experience may substitute).

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain resourceloaded Primavera project schedules.
• Track labor hours, budgeted units, resource assignments, and availability.
• Build and analyze Tableau dashboards and performance reports.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.
