KW Property Management & Consulting is hiring a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain our resort-style community clubhouse, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents and guests.

You’ll clean common areas, assist with pool maintenance, set up rooms for events, and report hazards while staying active and working with a friendly team. This role offers steady hours, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow within KW’s respected properties across Florida.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors.
• Able to lift 20–30 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.
• Experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, housekeeping, or porter work is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas: hallways, bathrooms, gym, and patios.
• Sweep, dust and mop floors, clean windows.
• Assist with daily pool area cleaning (vacuuming, skimming, wiping chairs/tables, removing debris).
• Empty trash and keep indoor/outdoor areas neat and presentable.
• Help set up and break down rooms for events, classes, holiday decorations, and resident activities.
• Perform simple tasks like replacing light bulbs and reporting maintenance issues.
• Keep supply rooms and carts organized.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
