Job summary

Coral Hospitality is seeking friendly servers for Lake Blackshear Retreat & Conference Center in Cordele, GA. Under the supervision of the F&B Manager, you greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks at a best-in-class resort.

Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma, strong customer service, knowledge of menu items, and the ability to coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure guest satisfaction. ServSafe certification is required within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of menu items, garnish, contents and preparation methods.
• Ability to operate POS equipment and provide beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Operations: opening/closing side-work and station checks.
• Assist kitchen and bar to ensure guest satisfaction with food and beverages.
