Job summary

Capital Vacations in Branson, MO is seeking a Security Officer to maintain the safety of guests and team members across resort locations. You will monitor properties, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with the General Manager to uphold a secure environment.

This role requires calm, professional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication, and attention to detail. A High School diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Clear driving record with no major violations.
• Calm, professional demeanor at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security of all areas of the property.
• Familiar with all team members and alarm systems.
• Follow emergency procedures and coordinate with responding agencies.
• Complete and file all necessary reports.
• Maintain up-to-date logs.
• Respond to emergencies and report to the General Manager.
• Report maintenance issues to the General Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of check-in/check-out procedures.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Seek backup when situations are questionable.
• All other duties as requested.
