Qualifications

• Experience in security or asset protection, preferably in luxury/resort environments.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resort premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or unsafe conditions.
• Respond to emergencies (fire, medical, security) swiftly and professionally.
• Support front-of-house staff on safety or security issues with discretion.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments of guest areas and facilities.
• Assist with investigations of theft, fraud, or property damage.
• Monitor access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Maintain incident reports and security logs.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when needed.
