Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry pool cleaning equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures for pool maintenance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Regularly clean and maintain swimming pools, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
• Test and adjust pool water chemistry, including pH levels and chlorine content.
• Vacuum pool floors and brush pool walls to remove debris and prevent algae growth.
• Clean and maintain pool filters, skimmers, and other equipment.
• Inspect pool areas for safety hazards and report any issues to management.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
