Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring for an in-person marketing role at our resorts. You will greet and engage prospective owners, schedule meetings with representatives, and help drive sales tours with a focus on customer service and compliance.

The role emphasizes a strong product presentation, collaboration with resort staff, and maintaining performance goals while working on-site at the home resort area.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team in a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests and coordinate meetings.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
