Job summary

Primm Valley Casino Resorts is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support marketing, advertising, and branding initiatives across print and digital platforms. This role collaborates with Marketing and operations teams to develop concepts that strengthen brand identity and engage guests while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced casino resort environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of professional graphic design experience.
Experience in casino gaming, hospitality, resorts, entertainment, or a related industry preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.
Demonstrated experience creating materials for both print and digital platforms.
Knowledge of photography, image editing, file preparation, and print production processes.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project coordination skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A professional portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities and creative versatility is required.

Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials for print and digital channels.
Develop engaging digital content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital displays.
Collaborate with Marketing, Casino Operations, Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment teams to support campaigns.
Maintain branding consistency across all marketing materials.
Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with printers, vendors, and media partners.
Edit, enhance, and optimize photography and graphics for campaigns.
Support event branding, signage, and on-property displays.
Maintain organized design files and digital asset libraries.
Monitor design trends to boost guest engagement and brand awareness.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high quality.
